We offer free standard shipping on all item ordered and shipped to a UK
mainland address. Our aim is to dispatched all orders placed on the same day as
long as they are made before 12:00 midday.
We reserve the right to cancel any orders which may be too remote or where the
size is restrictive. If in doubt, please contact us before your purchase.
Larger items, such as furniture, will be sent on a pallet. It is the
customer's responsibility to ensure they have the facility and space to accept
a pallet delivery. One of our members of staff will be in touch prior to the
delivery to arrange a suitable delivery date and/or time.
We ship to most popular international destinations, however, some items may be
too large, or have restrictions. In those instances, we reserve the right to
cancel your order.
Shopping with us couldn't be easier. We offer a generous 30-day, hassle-free
return policy which covers refunds and replacements. Our aim is to make sure
our customers are completely satisfied with their products and experience.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item to
us in exchange for a refund or replacement. All items must be returned in their
original condition, including any branded packaging and/or instructions.
Returned items must be unused and undamaged.
Items sent back within 30 days of purchase are entitled for a full refund
provided they are in their original condition (all brand packaging and
instructions must be present). Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Items sent back after 30 days (new and unused) may be returned to us for a
partial refund at our discretion. Return shipping will not be reimbursed.
Items that have manufacturing faults and are returned within 30 days of
purchase are entitled for full a refund or replacement (dependent on
availability). Items will be thoroughly tested. If possbile a returns label
will be supplied or collection arranged.
Certain items may not be returned due to health and hygiene reasons (such as
used bedding products, underwear, opened packets/bottles of
medicines/supplements, items containing needles, certain baby products and
more). These products are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations due
to the health risks posed.
We aim to process all returns within 2 working days of receiving the goods
back and the refund will be made using the same method of original payment.
Please note that PayPal refunds go back to your PayPal account, and not the
debit/credit card used to make the payment.

Please contact us before returning any items as you will require a returns
authorisation number. If you do not follow this proceedure it may result in a
